Should I take my son to the er?
My son was born a month early. He is now one month old. He has a colapsed trachea, umbilical hernia, and he isn't gaining weight. He is only in the 1 percentile for weight. He has stopped breathing for a split second and is constantly gasping for air. There have been times when he is up for a couple hours straight just screaming and crying to the point that he can't breath and chokes. His pediatrician said he isn't concerned and blames everything on him being early. Should I be worried? What should I do about this?
