I was working outside gardening and ever since then my arms and chin have been burningg. It feels ichy and its spreading. I feel like a bunch of tiny ants are nibbling on me constantly and I just don't want anyone touching me or even moving at all! What do you think it is?

It could be bug bites, heat rash, scabbies, etc. etc. etc.

If it's bothering you, see a doctor. That's the only way you'll find out for sure what's going on.

Try some various anti itch medication, and some of the medications with camphor in it.

Chuck, just have to say, if this is scabies, home remedies won't work. In fact, even doctor remedies are a crap shoot.

Best to get a diagnosis and proper treatment.
