Can I move my child out of state if he is on house arrest and year probation? What happen if I did?

You would probably have a warrant issued for yourself. You would be arrested. He would go into foster care or a youth home.

Why is yout child on probation?

Only with the court permission to move on probation. They will have to OK the transfer to another state.

If you don't get it and move ? They come arrest the child and most likely arrest you also. For the child, he will be taken back to Juv Detention till arrangements for his custody can be arranged.

Since you were the one doing it, most likely arrested for contempt of court or some other change.

If the child is under house arrest, I could see a charge of aiding and abetting an escape.

I thought aiding and abetting was helping someone in the formulating a crime - is it the 10 year old's idea to leave the State? Possibly so.

I do see contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
