I just recently found out that I am expecting my third child. I am about 4 to 5 weeks along. Have had all the normal signs, morning sickness (or in my case afternoon and evening more than morning), pressure, very light cramping, missed period, etc. However today, I started having a slight tinging pain and a lot of pressure just on one side, and I'm concerned that something could be wrong. I have had no bleeding or spotting and no cramping, should I be concerned? What could be going on?
