    Sort of Unintentional Weight Loss
So, my question is about sort of unintentional weight loss. Last summer, I gained about 10 pounds because I was working at a camp and the food was really carby etc. That put me at 145 lb, I'd say, a little overweight, but a lot of muscle from hiking. When I moved back home I lost the extra weight within a few months (135 lb, my normal weight I think).

Then I started trying to lose more by eating healthier and exercising and I lost about 10 more by May (125 lb.), but it seemed to be coming off a lot faster than I expected and I was worried about it, so I started trying to eat more, but I didn't really gain it back.

Then I got a job in another country with a pretty different diet. I expected to gain weight because the diet is very oily but I've lost 5 lb (by August) and it seems like I can't gain even though I'm trying. However, I do still exercise of course.

I asked my doctor and he said this was normal for all the changes I've been through. But I'm scared there's something wrong with me because I'm not trying to lose weight. Does this weight loss seem normal? Or should I beg him to run some tests? I did have my thyroid checked recently and that was normal. But I'm just worried.
