How do I go about serving my child's father with custody papers and I don't have an address to send them to? I am the mother and don't have custody at this moment but determined to obtain weekend visits with my daughter. What steps can I take to do so?

Do you know where the house is that they live in ? Can you ask him what is the address?

I know the city they live in and the school my daughter goes to. I also know paternal grandmother's address. He's not cooperative at all!

He's unemployed at the moment. From what my daughter tells me he is going to school and his girlfriend is the one who works.

So have the process server serve him when he picks up your daughter at school.

That seems like the best solution. Didn't think about that, I was too focused on a "home" address. Thanks
