There is no power to rooms on one circuit
The electricity went out all over - when it was restored by power company the rooms connected to one circuit power was note restored. None of the outlets work at all.

Have you checked the breaker for that room?

Yes, I guess I should have mentioned that I did, it's switched in the on position. We tried turning off the main power and switching everything on, but that still did not work.

What room is this? Are any of the outlets on that circuit GFI outlets?

It's all the bedrooms and hall light. No gfi in any of the rooms. The ones we do have have been reset.

Breaker will sometimes trip, but not throw, Try applying slight pressure while running finger down breakers, if all else turn off all breakers off and back on. A meter or light would show power out of the breakers if they are good.

I still think it is a breaker for that room. Flip the breaker off and then back on again, there should be decent pressure to reset the breaker.
