I am 29 and have two boys ages 5 and 1 1/2. I had my period on July 21st and the I spotted on aug 3rd and 4th. I have never spotted between periods and my periods are regular. I have been having headaches and been nauseous food turns my stomach. My breast are very tender. Please help what's going on.
