I want to create a glow in the dark backsplash for my stovetop. Any ideas of what paint to use. I would also like it to be embossed in areas. Maybe a combination of paints?

You might want to look at glass tiles at a local tile dealers showroom. Easy to clean, heat resistant, reflects lots of light and comes in many styles. If you go this route do not use a notched trowel for installation. The notch will show through the glass and be sure to seal the grout.
