I'm 21 and have a 3yo with my partner of 5 years we've been trying to get pregnant again for the last year but it just won't happen is there something wrong? Or am I overreacting. I fell pregnant due to one missed pill last time but this time it just won't happen.

We can't possibly know if there is anything 'wrong' but can say that a year isn't at all unusual, even if you got pregnant so easily last time.
