Could somebody please tell me what the laws are on child abandonment in the state of Pennsylvania? I've looked it up, but I always find it on other states and not the one I need.

I am trying to find out what the punishment is for child abandonment in the state of Pennsylvania. I know in Georgia it is a felony and you will do jail time for it, but I can't find anything on PA and that's what I need.

There is NO such thing as abandonment, in the sense that you'll gain some rights, at some time in the future, that you don't now have. ANY rights you THINK you're going to have at some later date, you HAVE now.
