    How to evict someone who is not charged rent
    My huisband an I purchased a home and my daughter lives there by herself rent free. How can I evict her? The home is located in Florida.

    Was there an agreement to pay rent? If so, you can issue a pay or quit notice. Otherwise you may need to give 15 days notice to vacate. If the deadline passes without her vacating, then you go to court for an eviction order.
