I am required to pay until she has graduated high school but no later than 20 yrs of age. She will be 18 in September and has not attended school in 2 years. She has recently moved in with me. I would like to know how to cease child support payments without having to get an attorney. Please note that I pay her directly not through Child services.

You have to go to court for a modification of the support order. You may not need an attorney, but you do have to submit the petition properly.
