I had my tubes tied over a year ago but I think I might be pregnant. I'm 27 and I've been getting morning sickness. But I've had my period every month. I just ended my period a little over a week ago and took a pregnancy test that said negative so when my band did a show Friday I had a few drinks well I started to spot bleed then the next morning my lower back was killing me. So could I be pregnant and not know it?
