Okay... I am on felony parole in Idaho.. bad place to get into trouble. You commit jay walking here and they'll hang you! I was convicted of felony domestic for spraining the victims middle finger. I served thrree years in prison for this!!
And have twelveyears parole. I have to paythe state nearly $20 grand in supervision and court fees?! I can't even have a beer. I have a 9:30 PM curfew till I am 50! And I'm only 38 years old. This is how they operate in Idaho. I'm done! I am a intelligent multi-skilled man and I can blend in easily make a living anywhere I go.. I have no ties.. no family. Nothing. The parole in Idaho is worse... say I do ten years good on parole. Then. With only two years remaining.. I voilate some petty condition og parole.. not actually break a LAW.. but simply break "parole's rules".. I LOSE my ten years of street time and I go to prison and STILL serve 12 years for the violation. Not a year, ot two years.. but ALL TWELVE. With that said.. I will not be a part of this. I am my own man and I will not be under someone's thrumb like this. Sorry... I ramble.. Im quite upset.
Anyway.. I want to leave this country... and not return. I just don't want to get caught leaving. I understand that entering the new nation can be a problem.. and I will research that

I plan to leave and NEVER come back. How can I get out??

Yes.. That was all I did. My case was dismissed twice and they kept refiling. Oh.. Yes.. The prosecutor was related to the victim. And yes.. I sued for breach of Plea. As I finally took 6 month plea bargain to save my home and business. Because the da said, "sure! You might win at trial.. In a year! And until then we will just keep you locked up. Or... I got the maximum 15 years! Or 3 plus 12... Meaning I had to serve a minimum of 3 before I was eligible for release to parole. Then whatever remaining time orient do in custody converts to parole time. I was told that if I dropped the case they would let me out at three yes. If not. I might accidentally do the entire15 and not get out. Yes... This is true. And yes I dropped it.

The relationship between the prosecutor and your victim is meaningless - it's his job to put EVERYBODY behind bars. Now, if the Judge had been a relative of your victim you might have a legal argument.

How did you technically win? Who did you sue?

You can get a passport unless the court order states you can not.

It is a visa to another nation that you can not get most likely and no where will allow you to move with proper visas.

Next you can't just move, you have to get a visa that allows for a immigration status, for becoming a residence, or at least a work visa. Many places will require you to have a job in that nation to get that visa. Almost no place in the world is as easy to live in, without legal immigration.

Next you will have trouble leaving the country if you did get a passport and a visa, since you will most likely flag the system if you get a airline ticket for over seas. All people flying are run though a national data base before they fly.

A judge in most areas does not have to actually follow a plea bargain, but if they don't you are normally allowed to withdraw your plea.

You need to understand law a little better.. Seems I'm asking advice from the wrong person. The relationship between the victim and the prosecutor is NOT meaningless . It's call conflict of interest and can be reflected as revenge and vindictiveness. The prosecutor was not allowed to legally handle the case that a relative is a part to. The case needed to be handed to another PA. And it was not.

Secondly:
The plea bargain is a contract by and between the PA's office and myself. They are bound by that agreement and are not allowed to breach it by recommending a different sentence than originally agreed to in the plea bargain. The JUDGE can of course, hand out all or nothing, regardless. But the PA is bound to ask for only what they and I formerly agreed to... In writing.

Third:
I won my claim for breach of plea... After serving over 30 months. I was given three choices... 1: withdraw the Plea and take it to trial... Up to a year or longer before I see the outcome.. And. I was sent to another state to serve my term the prison was full in Idaho.. 2. Demand that I be resentenced in a different court, by a different judge and ask for the original sentence.. Here's the problem with these options. Take number one.. Sit in prison for another year. Be transferred back and forth on a prison bus over 1400 ONE WAY from southern California to Boise.. Maybe once a month! And serve a year or more anyway just trying to take it to trial. Option number two is real bad... asking for the original sentence is worthless. I'd already served four times that. Then.. Asking to be resentenced in a different court and different judge? Yeah. I'd be in the same hillbilly court house. All the judges are pals. And instead of a minimum of three years to serve before I "might get out" it would simply change to something like 5 plus 10 or 8 plus 7.. Meaning... The new judge can do whatever they want and make my minimum time a lot longer than it was already. Or... Take my private lawyers advIce.. Drop the claim and they will

I'd never get out. They have so many loopholes it silly! Idaho is STRANGE.. They break the laws they make and they don't do anything by the book. Very very crooked PA's , and judges. So... So the point of my answer is - no one here will help you leave the Country illegally. Your illegal activity is why you're in this predicament in the first place.

Since it was in the prosecutor's interest to prosecute where is the conflict? On the other hand, if you can cite any law or regulation in Idaho that states a prosecutor cannot prosecute a case withere there have a personal interest, then you have a case of prosecutorial misconduct.

Now it appears you were mistreated by the system. Unfortunately you are asking us to help you break the law. Something we cannot do.

But the major flaw in your plan is that even if you can get out of the country, you can't legally be allowed in another country.

Northern California for me, that serious alcohol issue I had back then stopped me from passing the bar, so I went to work for the Justice Dept instead. Graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Academy and so on.

Sadly most things are related. And the DA can have a relationship with the victim, it is the judge that can not have the relationship. Or the DA is not suppose to have one with you.
But there is no conflct when it is with the victim since they are protecting the victim, ( or so it is said)

IF or not if, you were treated bad or just got convicted and like 1000 other convicts you still claim to be cheated by the system. But until another judge rules, you sentence sticks and its virdict stands.

You can get a visa but really have no where to go, if you do, and no way to work and live there if you got there.


Yes, the US is the only place you can be a illegal alien and not be in serious trouble.

Yes in Idaho it is prosecutorial miscconduct. And I won that claim... But had I pursued the claim further I'd never get out of jail. Somi did what was in my best interests and dropped it to get out of prison. I was not trying to solicit legal advice for something illegal.. Lol. Sorry:(
