Hey everyone,
I need help and it's about my friend... I was cynically asking a friend of mine if he was excited about school starting in a week and he said he really didn't want it to.
So I asked him why and he said that a girl from his grade (he's going to 8th grade) said she was going to hit him.. meaning slapping him and pulling his hair, kicking him and other violent things.

He said that she and 5 of her friends wanted to beat him up. So I asked why he doesn't just tell them to stop and ignore them but he said that they were all big, strong and manly while he was just short, small and skinny.

Anyway I don't know how to help him... we don't go to the same school so I can't stand up to them or anything, although I wish I could... :(

Please help me! I don't want him to get hurt! (I'm only one year above him, I'm going to 9thh grade)

The best thing he can do is alert a trusted adult to the situation so they could do something to interveen. He could also go to the office on the first day of school and talk to the schools principle or counselor. Best of luck !
