I have a very flat chest chest and I am only 12 though all the other girls in my class their boobs have all kind of grown. I look completely out of place and I feel out of place too. They don't say it though I can see the way they look at me when we change ( they all can see how flat my chest is). What do I do.

There is nothing you can do. Girls develop at different rates. Your time will come.
