    Eating
My boss suggested to me that I should eat before I come to work because I make people uncomfortable... is that discrimination

How do you make people uncomfortable at work? Are you eating at your desk?

I used to have a coworker who would work at her desk and occasionally open a can of peas and scoop them out cold with a little plastic spoon or open a can of tuna and eat that. Her colleague objected to the smell and asked the boss to make her go to the staff room when she ate such foods.

Suggest or order you not to eat at work ? Big difference.

Also what mean are you eating if you are doing it before you work, Are you eating as soon as you get to work and then taking a lunch latter also ?

Next discrimination, on what groups, are they doing this because of your race, your sex, your sex orientation , you gender.
