Okay so me and my ex dated for one year and then he broke up with me he was my first and he said I was his but someone had told me that he dated someone before which I didn't know about I was relationship was really good and then after it went all pear shaped were still friends and we talk once in a blue moon he said his sorry for what he done and that he didn't apprciate me I still kind of in to him what should I do... But he delted me off fb and totally cut me out of his life why I don't get it we drifted apart that's why he locked it off

Also he adds random girls on fb and chats to them which hurts me a lot we broke up a year ago but still keep in contact once in a blue moon one day out of no were he strated apoligsing and so much more but what's the point it doesn't go any further its not like his suggesting to get back with me that leaves a cliff hanger over my heart and messes up my emotions from time to time I mean his a very nice person so why is he hurting

You've answred your own question. He says he's sorry but shows no intention of getting back togther. Nowhere to go from there, Just end comunicating with him completely. The longer you wait the longer you'll hurt.
