Hi I just had a misscariage at 7 weeks and was advised to have my fibroids remove. They are 4x4,6 cm intr. Anterior fundal, 1,7x1,6 intr. Posterior, 2,4x 1,6 cm submucous. What kind of surgery would you suggest for me. Thank you very much. P
