She moved in my new house in Florida to take care of the house while I was selling my other house in Pennsylvania and finish up selling thehouse. I would go up stay for a week then I went back north. I did not charge her for anything including rent. Three years later I sold the property in Pennsylvania and moved into my house. She said she was looking for someplace of her own.
So the story is it has been seven years and she is still living here in my house and does not want to move because she says she has squatters right because she has been there more than six years.
Can I evict her or does she have the right to stay against my wishes?
