Outside outlet. Purchase a swimming pool with pump. Hooked up extension cord from outside outlet to the pump, and worked fine for almost 2 weeks. Yesterday had a hard rain storm, and pump stopped working. Checked all outside outlets and none seem to have no juice. Everything inside house works. Tried resetting breaker box, and shutting off/on main box outside. Still no juice. Please assist if possible.

Some where there should be a GFI outlet that has tripped. That outlet could be outside or it could be in the kitchen or bath or garage.

Yes, that was it. Thank you very much. I checked all the GFI's I could find around the house, and was was hidden by a box in the garage, which was the one that was tripped. Thanks again for your reply. MD
