And eating good food is cheaper than fast food, fresh foods, and good foods cost much less at the grocrey store.
So cut out all fast foods, stop all soda and other soft drinks.
Start walking every morning and every evening, in additional to going to the gym.
Also how do you work out at the gym, do you do any cardio work out, that raises your pulse and gets you into a sweat ? Perhaps adding a fitness class like Zumba 3 days a week also.
