How do I know if I had a miscarriage? Something similar happened to me which I thought was a miscarriage and I'm afraid it happened again but I don't want to tell my boyfriend until I know for sure and I have no one to ask

Well I didn't know I was pregnant I did have unprotected sex but I hadn't really thought of it and before when I thought I had one I thought I was pregnant but wasn't sure yet when I got my period but it was very heavy and I was in a lot of pain when then I got a sort of blob and then my period stopped but it was only a day long so after talking to a friend who had a miscarriage our stories seemed similar. So I'm afraid its happened again? But I'm not sure

Correct... but I've never had my period for just a day and never had it so heavy and the pain was unbearable

Was it time for your period? There's no way to find out if it was a miscarriage.

I guess I'd wait to see if my next one shows up and then figure out what to do.
