I purchased an Energy Smart hot water heater. It is has been great, but presently it is making a noisy chirp like the ones smoke detectors make when the batteries need changing. I cannot find anything in the manual that addresses that type of noise. It has been doing this for two days, and I am becoming very frustrated.
Help!

It sounds like it is trying to alert you to a problem. Ask the dealer. I have never heard of this. Do you have a schematic? It would show what it is. Post a copy and I can tell you.
