I concur. People make the wrong choice, and I don't blame society for the decisions of individuals, though it seems to be the way You perceived my reply. I'm not saying he did nothing wrong, or shouldn't serve his time. I merely pointed out that I understood where he comes from and how these situations happen. No excuse rendered. Not every choice is a good one, and not every situation ends the same, but you can't deny that not everyone comes from a place where what's best for them is a luxury afforded...i don't think any kid dreams of being a gangbanger, prisoner, or a short life. True my question is open to responses from any who choose to respond, but there is some who post to inform and others who post for their own reasons unrelated, such is the information highway. Sure you can ask me what you will in this thread, but I'm wise enough to know better than to answer a personal question on my relationship or its origins to not just a total stranger, but more importantly something unrelated to the topic I asked about. Anyone can ask, but that doesn't mean it will warrant an answer from me. But...thanks for an interesting conversation.
