Can I know whether I am pregnant or not even before I have missed my period? I have tender breast and lower abdominal pain and backache, acne but I get these symptoms even while my period is due...

It is possible you are pregnant. You will, however, have to wait to see if your period comes prior to testing using first morning urine.

There is really no way to know before you miss a cycle and test about a week after the missed cycle.
