My brother lived with my aunt and uncle because my father has been in prison these past couple years bs his mother is no where to be found , there was some problems going on and CPS took my brother away I want to find out if there is any way I would be able to get legal custody of him bs if so how would I go about this..

You might not be able to adopt him but you may be able to apply for permanent guardianship. Have you spoken with CPS about his case and told them of your interest?

Talk to the case worker and let them know you are willing to foster your brother.
