Reply to sarlajgurganus= I already have that info. I don't want to attach a file I already have. I want to attach an article I found while doing research. I don't want one of my own files. It is an article on the Internet.

That's why I asked for clarification. You can't attach an article on a web page. If that's what you are asking. What you can do is send someone a link to that page. Select the URL in the Address bar of your browser and Copy and paste it into your e-mail.

If I go to the article, can I Copy it, by pressing the right side of Mouse, go to Word 2010 and paste it there; then, send it to the person's email address I want to send the article to?

You MIGHT be able. To. It depends on the format of the WEB page and the way it was coded. Often there may be other elements on the page that will prevent copying. But its worth a try.

However, there might be copyright law issues involved. Why not just send a link?

If by Link you mean the article's address, I did that before, and some articles won't show up on the other person's computer, so I was asked to send an attachment to my email, so it opens up as an attachment on the other person's email.

Ahh, Maybe the person doesn't have access to site. But if that's the case, then you have 2 choices. You can try printing the page to a PDF file and sending that. Or use the copy and paste method.

I don't know about PDF files, either. If it is easy, will you please explain how to do it? Thanks!

You said it. Use your mouse to highlight what you want to copy, Right click on the highlighted areas and select Copy then Paste where you want it.

Thanks for your reply, but it is too vague for me. I already have a better answer though.
