I think I pulled something near my vagina...
I'm 15 and not pregnant or having sex. I woke up this morning with pain on my right side near the vagina area. I just thought it had something to do with my period, since it ended yesterday. So I just took some Ibuprofen. It helped a little. But I still had pain. Then it got worse as the day went on. It hurts to sit down, walk around, move, or do anything. Did I pull something or what?
    Please Help! :/

Can you be super specific about the area of pain?
Of course we can't diagnose online, and there are many possibilities, but one that comes to mind is a femoral hernia. That's when a bit of intestine works it's way down the opening down your leg where the major blood vessels go.

It's on the outer right lip down there. I don't think it's a femoral hernia. Wouldn't that be higher up?

On one side of your labia then? You're right, not a hernia.
Could be anything, even referred pain from somewhere else, a groin muscle, or something hitting/pinching a nerve further inside your pelvis.
Visible ideas might be broken blood vessel (hold a mirror to it to look for a bruise), a cyst, a cut that got infected, or even an ingrown hair.
If you can't find anything, it's going to be tough to diagnose even in person.
