I'm 27 days late from my last period never missed a period before, sore nipples, tired all the time, going to the loo a lot, feeling full all the time more bloated then full , loss weight but low tummy looking more rounder. I keep losing and gaining weight, I've done loads of home pregnancy test all negative. I also have type one diebetics blood sugar have never been controlled but try are more up and down then usual. I have also had very strange dreams :/ can you help me please I have contacted my gp but I'm sick of waiting

I've also had low back pains and have been sleeping on my tummy during the night even though it's very uncomfortable :/
