I have severe bloating all day every day. No matter what weight I have been over the years or how much I eat I always end up looking heavily pregnant. I am quite sedentary as I have had chronic back pain for years which interferes with trying to exercise. I have a lot of stress in my life which results in depression quite regularly. I thought it might be IBS but I do not suffer from constipation or diarrhea. I have pains during and sometimes after sex, on my left side over my hip and it feels very internal. I don't know what it is and appreciate a reply, thanks.
