I am Musir... I have applied for passport in 2009 from Ahmedabad my native place though I am residing in Mumbai @ that time by mistake.. After verification I found guilty & paid penalty.. My documents are shifted to Mumbai Passport office.. But I have changed my rented residence in Mumbai so I have not responded to that call.. Now I am shifted in UP since last 1 year & I am in urgent need of passport.. can any body help me by sharing procedure?
