Had a new 5 ton 13 seer unit put and it runs alll the time and there is little air flow coming out the ducts. Have a 28 by 80 double wide and can't see and holes in the ducts,has any one have a idea or what's the problem, it runs for hours and doesn't cool the house down!

First if you had a new unit installed then it should be under warranty and the installer should make your unit run properly.

Second. There is no way we can tell what is the problem with your unit from where we sit. Since we cannot test your unit to see what the problems are can you supply us with some detailed pictures of the duct under your unit. It is possible be it so ever remote that we might be able to see defects in the install from the pictures.
