My parents do drugs and I want them out of my life
Ok so Iam really scared! My moms boyfriend smokes pot! It is illegal in this state! They want me to hang around them when they smoke it, but I'm way to scared! There is no way for the pot smoke to get Out of the house! I hold my nose in mouth with my shirt over it,but they just laugh! He won't stop and my mom tells him he don't have to! I am scared can I get out of this house? Tonight? I don't ever want to see them again in my life!

So call and report them to social service.

Second hand smoke should have no effect on you, there is no reason to cover your nose and mouth,

    Unless the smell bothers you.

Have you talked to your mother about how you feel and how uncomfortable you are around marijuana?

I disagree about second hand smoke having no effect on her. It certainly can impact her. There are countless studies showing the negative impact of second hand smoke, particularly on children.

Is your father in your life? As this is your mom and stepdad, maybe the answer is to live with your dad? You could call your father and tell him what's going on and ask if you can live with him. Or do you have another trusted adult relative who does not use drugs? An aunt or grandparent? Perhaps you can talk to them.

Outside of the family you can report what is happening to a counselor at school, and they will be required to involve social services. You definitely need to find a trusted adult who will act on your behalf to get you out of the home.
