I was served a foreclosure summons on July 20th and I had 30 days to answer. I do not have a lawyer and I need to answer by tomorrow. I need the answer template or forms to fill out I was wondering if someone could send me a link for these forms from the state of South Carolina

As I calculate it, 30 days from July 20 will be August 19th. Tomorrow is August 16th. If the last day falls on a weekend, you would normally have until the next Monday, the 20th. And in any rate, you can normally answer until a default is entered, which usually isn't even asked for on the day after the period ends.

Copy the format of the complaint, but call it an "answer". For each paragraph of the complaint, simply write "denied" or "admitted", as the case may be. If you have an affirmative defense, such as a statute of limitations, plead that specifically. Type your name, address, phone number, and sign and date it there. Include a certificate at the bottom of the answer that you have sent a copy to the plaintiff's attorney.
