So I went to this one party with my friends. It was a little church party at a quarrel or something. And we were jumping off rocks and swimming a ton for about 4 hours and To get back up you'd have to hold onto a Rope and pull yourself up. Then I came back and my god brother and I were watching TV and my arm started hurting. I'm like this will go away tomorrow! But it never did and it's been three days and it's still killing me! I can't even lift it up without saying oww. So I don't know what to do. Please help!
