Hello everyone

Im 37 + 4 weeks pregnant and I was just wondering if there are any signs APART from my waters breaking and contractions, that I'm ganna go into labour or very close.

I keep having sharp pains in my tummy that shoot down to my pelvic area, or sharp quick sharp pains in my vagina!
I keep having dreams about my waters breaking and my baby seems to be moving more then usual. I think he had dropped down as I sem to have more room at the top of my tummy ( and easier to breath ect). I can feel his movements and kick very easy.

And I don't know how to explain it but I just feel ready for him to come now!

Please can I have some advice.
