Its been a 5 months now since I left my company in Dubai without informing them, I didn't gave any leave papers to them,now I know that its already an absconding case against me how can I resolve my case in this matter, now my friends says that I should go back there to personally cancelled my employment visa but my concerned is maybe they will put me on the jail. Please advice.

Well Dubai isn't going to send a hit squad to get you in your home country. Their authority to put you in jail ends at their border, and I doubt they would go through the trouble and expense of extradicting you unless you committed a serious crime, other than what you say you did.

It would however be advisible to avoid going to or traveling through Dubai because of this... if you did, they very well might throw you in jail.
