You must be an adult

However, that doesn't mean you can't talk to your parents about it. They may have info for you. But you need to handle this carefully so they understand that you realize they are your "real" parents and you just want info about your history.

However, if they won't help you can't do anything more until you are an adult.

But what is missing, often the facts and the heartbreak that you find is not worth the journey.
The parents you have now, are the ones who are there for all the good and bad times, How do you think they feel, if they believe you don't think their love is enough and all you need.
