Ive have 2 kids by a woman I been living with for 8 years.in April 2012 I discovered many disturbing things.#1 thia young woman is not a legal citizen of the US but somehow has USpassport.#2 her mom also holds passports from jamaica,the us and british.and last but not least after being a parent that spent all his time with the kids this woman has taken them and have no clue where they live.both of themhold a virginia drivers license and work in virginia and they both lied and submitted false documents to obtain employment and drivers license.how do I get my kids back and get them sent to where they belong?

First you don't really want her deported you want to get even.

Next report her if you want to be honest INS is not going to do a thing about it, they hardly even inforce the illegals that are breaking the laws ( criminal ones)

Next of course you can hold 2 passports, 1000's do. The US allows dual citizenship So yes, they can have passports from various nations, I know 4 people who have the ones you named, those are some of the more common ones

Next I assume they are her kids also, so if she has kids born here in the US, they will not deport her for sure. In fact that was part of the act that President Obama did to protect illegal aliens who had children where were citizens from being deported.

You need to hire an attorney, and a PI, find the kids and file for custody
