We are both on contract,after 7 yrs,roommate left for work 7/9/2012 and I haven't heard a word from him.He left all his belongings. I'm covering all the bills, but need to move someone else in to help with bills.He owes me $410 for July and $525 aug. What can I do legally? He put a change of address in 8/10/12. I'm on fixed income.. Help He has truck (doesnt run) garage full of tools (mechanic) His room has bed all clothes,he took nothing. Sacramento county
