NOT realistically possible.
People who do starvation diets have horrible results, like all your hair falls out, just for starters.
Plan weight loss this way: eat less, eat no junk, drink no junk, eat nothing between meals, and exercise.
If you want to try to schedule your diet by pounds lost, plan on 3 pounds a week for 4 weeks, 2 pounds a week for 6 weeks, and 1 pound a week for 6 weeks, for a total of 16 weeks - about 4 months. Even that isn't easy.
There is no way to lose that amount of weight. Even getting close would seriously harm your body and cause major long term health issues.
