I saw this on cable, probably on an HBO channel, all I really know is that there are a group of good and bad guys, they all seem to have there own kind of power
At one point close to the end the bad guys are chasing the good guys over a crumbled city, one good guy stays behind and gets evaporated or something, at the end the main character and main bad guy fight an top of a building and something about a white and black dragon, not sure if the black dragon was suppose to come to destroy everything or a part of there power
