I was wrongfully covicted of a crime I did not commit but that's not important I just want to move on so is there any law saying that I have to stay here in america being that I have to register as a sex offender. Also I'm not awaiting trial niether am I on probation or parole.

    Hello s:

You only have to register if you LIVE someplace But, if you DON'T live HERE, then you don't have to register. You also don't need anyone's permission to move.

Unless you are on probation in which case you have to get permission to move.

Also you will have to find a nation that will let you go there.
