When I load up one side of the hot, it creeps up like 122, 125, 127 and etc as the load increases the voltage increased. The other side of the hot line is going down... similarly, but not as fast.
I have made sure I have a good neutral, as far as I can tell in the meter box, but cannot see it on the pole... the electric company checked and said all is well.. wonder how much you can trust them to put a load on it when they check.

Initially the voltatge went so high that it damaged my TV.. then I did find the neutral was corroded in the box and cleaning and tightening helped there but now when loading the voltage only goes up a few volts.

Is there an acceptable fluctuation in the voltage up and down with loading or is in less then 2 volts... I am now getting a spread of up to 127 volts while the other unloaded hot line drops to 117 etc...

Any suggestions on what I can check...
If the load is applied directly in the meter box and flux's then does that mean the neutral is bad up on the pole? And by how much flux with say a load of 500 watts from 5 100 watt light bulbs... I know that is not much load, but even that fluxes the voltage on the side being loaded up as much as 126 or 126 volts..
