    Rex valve flushometer leaking
    Please help...

    I have a rex valve flushometer and its leaking from the cover. The flushometer is only 1 year old, what would cause this problem and is it a big concern? I have heard horror stories from other people where the cover blew-off and the entire apartment became flooded with water... please help. Thank you.
