Does anyone have a manual to install this ceiling fan?

I have the instructions for the 52" Shelby Bright Brass Ceiling Fan Item #: 294974 5| Model #: E LKD52BB5CL. I can't imagine it would be any different than the Antique Brass. I could copy it as a pdf file and send it, just need to to know how to handle the transfer.
