I have been looking for these films for ages but I just cannot remember the title and I only have small plot summary points. Also they are both cartoons.

1. There are a brother and a sister who fall asleep (I think on Christmas eve?). In there dream they have to make it up a mountain past an icicle like character (probably Jack Frost). They then have to make it past Thunder and Lightning. In the end I think there is a snow machine and when they wake up it's a white christmas. I think there was also a weather wizard?

2. I remember there being an old man that resembled santa claus working in this log cabin. I think he was painting a soldier or a train or something. And then he went outside, and I think he found a deer. He ended up getting chased by a wild creature (possiby a wolf?). He was injured and then this magical thing (fairy?) appeared and saved him and then granted him the gift of becoming Father Christmas.

I realise this isn't much to go on but even if someone else has seen either of these films and knows any more about them so I can carry on my search. I will be so grateful if someone can help. Thanks.
