I inhaled glass from a broken pipe.. what are something things that can happen?

It depends on where the glass goes - your bronchial tubes (I doubt all the way into your lungs) or down your esophagus. Your esophagus might be able to handle the passage into the stomach and eventually out through feces if you drink enough fluids. In the sensitive bronchial tubes, however, they could sit there irritating the tissues and cause infection.

If you aren't coughing there's hope it all went down your gut OK.

How addicted are you to whatever was in the glass pipe? Maybe you can check into rehab and be seen for the glass at the same time.
